DIY project: old kitchen is wrapped up!

I live in very old building..our rent appartment hadn't been renovated before we moved in. so i tried to pimp it out on a low budget and put something that i love in there: COLOUR! yay!

I still need to do some more stuff in the kitchen: the wall covering is gonna be white, the working panel and floor as well.

i made these decorative pictures using the rest of the wallpaper i used for the kitchen unit and some red adhesive foil..the small floral pieces are cut out of old ikea christmas cards.

its never too late....i manage already to play the third hand for 3 bossanova songs...thanks to my stefan..big musician.

for me it is very important to feel comfortable in the place where i spent the most of the time...and that is lately my work room (use to be our bedroom)...i like marine look,even my boy sings in on of his songs about me : "you bring red and blue.." ...and i use to have very red hair, that is unfortunatelly gone

DIY PROJECT: old drawer and the red-blue terror :-)

all you need is an old piece of furniture (in my case drawer), nice wallpaper or even some fancy paper, glue (for wood), paint (colour you wish) and i think i dont have to explain how it goes. but if you still need more details you can contact me.:-)

i got those today on sale at Tshibo. they smell nice! tshibo has nice stuff sometimes,i got those HOME letters standing on the piano (1.pic.) there as well.
